[Board] Face to Face logistics update

Boardists, Paul, Aaron:

* The wiki page (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Face_to_Face_Meeting_Seattle_2012) has been updated to include the exact timings of our meals and snacks.

* There probably won't be enough of us around at the same time to do a dinner Friday night, but we will plan for a real sit-down, menu'd dinner on Saturday.

* I've set things up to run on Sunday through 5pm, just in case; if we don't go past lunch, I'll try to cancel the afternoon milk-and-cookies break.

* The wiki has airport shuttle info, for those winging it; for those driving down, please use the "self-parking" option.  Both the shuttle and the parking are complementary parts of our meeting package, just tell them you're with the OSGeo geeks.
