[Board] FOSS4G 2012

On our last board call in December we had extensive discussions about
everyone's concern that we were behind and there was not much visible
progress. And the agreed action was that we were going to pay Jeff to fly
out and meet with the team and spend several days there making sure that
everything was on track.

Jeff can you update us on the status of this?
