I'm (finally) trying to update our charter membership records to indicate who voted in which elections.  With help from Daniel's archives from Tyler, here's what I've got:

* 2007 charter election voters
* 2007 board election voters

* 2008 board election voters
* 2008 charter election voters - MISSING

* 2009 board election voters
* 2009 charter election voters - MISSING

* 2010 board election voters - MISSING
* 2010 charter election voters - MISSING

* 2011 charter election voters
* 2011 board election voters

Anyone have any leads on the missing data?
