Daniel,
thanks for the close look and for checking the dates. I extended the
nomination period to two weeks, this makes a lot of sense. I also kept
the voting open for two weeks in the hope that there will be less
conflict with summer holidays. I had to remove the week gap between
nomination and voting though because otherwise it overlaps with me
stuck in RL somewhere in the mountains between Uzbekistan and
Tajikistan. The new dates are on the web site at [1].
Re. 5, I added a section for the names of the CROs for each year,
please add yourself [2] if you were CRO in a previous year.
Cameron,
unfortunately your proposed dates collide with my offlining activities
so that someone else would have to take over altogether. To not
further delay our elections I propose to stick with the dates that are
on the Wiki now [1] and to also follow Jeroen's suggestion and keep
the advocate role separate for now. But it is a good idea to tie
updating of the profiles to Charter Member elections. I'll keep that
in mind and will also pursue the idea of implementing a bot which does
some CM stats for us and potentially also notifies members to update
their profiles.
Board,
please confirm the prior motion if this schedule is OK with you - or
suggest further changes.
Thanks,
Arnulf
