[Board] Reminder: board meeting today at 17:00UTC

Hi all, apologies I was unable to make the board meeting this morning, was
in a customer meeting that ran longer than expected that I couldn't get out
of :(. Sorry!  Looks like I wasn't the only one though. I am still planning
to be at FOSS4G NA so hope to see some of you there, if we want to do a
rescheduled IRC before then will do my very best to make that one too.
