Hi,
yes, this seems like a sound option. We could also wait and see if some
Charter Members pipe up and suggest that we need a new director right
away (this is a feeble test to see how many Charter Members read this
and whether they deem it relevant... :-). The effort of putting on an
election is quite high (whoever ever did it can probably confirm this)
and we are still fully functional, so the need seems to be moderate.
