FOSS4G since its debut at Lusanne has grown strength to strength.
One of the key features being , availability of abstracts, full papers and presentations and workshop material on line for
scores of FOSS GIS users around the world. 
Quite a good development originated / came from USA (GRASS topping the list)..
But Alas. more than -6- months have passed since FOSS4G11 Denver, all those who could not attend await.. eagerly

At least for the next FOSS4G2012 see that the final abstracts, presentations  automatically are put on the internet.

Hello Ravi,

Strangely this is not available on the OSGeo website, but some of the FOSS4G 2011 presentation videos (not all unfortunatelly) are available here:

According to this post:

there should be some of the presentations available on the foss4g 2011 website or on SlideShare too, but i don't really know where all the PDFs are, sorry.
