Hi board and community,

I made an attempt to communicate with Susan Xiong who had invited me a 
few months ago to be on the Technical Program Committee, and I got the 
following response this morning:

So it seems that the website should be there very soon. I responded to 
her with an attempt to open a new communication channel between the 
board and the LOC. I will keep this list posted on any progress I make 
on that front.
