[Board] Updated Local Chapters List

Dear all,

Is there a place were I can find an updated Local Chapters list? The 
Romanian Local Chapter was in formation during 2007-2011 and officially 
approved by the board in early 2011. Though, it was never listed on 
http://www.osgeo.org/content/chapters/index.html. Perhaps this is the 
case with other LCs.
