but I'd also like to see it limited to charter members to give people the
incentive to have get more involved in OSGeo. If it's not limited I don't
see how we can make an informed decision about whether someone is going to
be a good representative or not. I do understand that other's have
objections to this though, which is why it's harder than you might think to
get a firm decision...
