[Board] Meeting Reminder

I'll be there.

I added an agenda item for a brief report and/or any questions on FOSS4G
2013. I was in the UK last week and spent half a day with Steven Feldman
(conference chair, as I think everyone probably knows) face to face.
There's been plenty of activity going on, everything is in good shape.
