[Board] OSGeo as strategic partner of Geospatial World Forum 2013

Board,
a late follow up; The old board confirmed a motion from July 24 to
become insititutional partner of the Geospatial World Forum in 2013 [0].

We received six +1 votes and apparently two directors never answered
(see thread [1]). So the motion carried but I never closed the motion
and neither followed up - my apologies for this.

I herewith confirm to Megha Datta from Geospatial Media that OSGeo is
happy to become a strategic partner and look forward to a great event in
Amsterdam next year. We will want to actively help to organize an Open
Source track again (vet the proposed talks, suggest a keynoter and so
on). In the last years (in Hyderabad, Jakarta and Rotterdam) our OSGeo
seminars and sessions were always crammed full and very successful. Not
sure where to kick this ball now so thta we actually do fgollow up, in
the past it was pretty much tied to me personally. Any suggestions?
