[Board] OSGeo Google+ community

[Angelos Tzotsos]

Dear Board members,

I realized today that while we do have a Google+ account, we did not 
have a G+ community to share posts and conversations.
So I created one here:
https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/105969056638310510633

I would like to step down as the owner of this page, and add Board 
members (or just the President?) as owners.
I would appreciate any comments/suggestions on this matter.
