[Board] OSGeo stall at FOSS4G

Hi Cameron, with all the conference arrangements in full swing it would be
good to give Jo space to focus on the rest of the event if possible. I'll
track down what we can provide, but I know that we do not have a booth that
can be assembled.  I'll get back to you with a summary of what we have and
what the options are going forward.
