Hi all,

The Nottingham LOC has a deadline this week for the program contents, so
I see lots of emails flying around for content (foreword by president,
AGM text, etc.).  Which of course brings us to this year's Annual
General Meeting for OSGeo.  For now, the program text will be simple and
point to the wiki page (mostly empty).
