[Board] [OSGeo-Discuss] Nomination for new Charter Members has ended

Hi!

FWIW, I support Arnulf's proposal to accept all the 37 nominees as charter
members. I don't see the need to disappoint 7 willing valid people who have
received a nomination and support from the community.
