[Board] Sponsorship update

Board,

I am happy to inform you that OSGeo has a new Associate Sponsor: 
Karttakeskus (http://www.karttakeskus.fi/) . Thank you Karttakeskus for 
your support of OSGeo!

The Karttakeskus logo has been added to the sponsors page this morning 
(http://www.osgeo.org/sponsors/) and Jeff is coordinating with them to 
publish a more formal announcement.

And in case some of you missed my note about this on this list, we also 
had another new sponsor who joined a month ago: 2ndQuadrant 
(http://www.2ndquadrant.com/). This one is also pending a formal 
announcement.

And a final point about sponsors, we also lost two sponsors who didn't 
renew their sponsorship in 2012. Their logo has been silently removed 
recently (no announcement required in those cases). I would still like 
to thank then for their past contributions.
