[Board] Picking next meeting day

Hi Board,

As Jody pointed out, we need to pick a next meeting day.  My gut feeling
is that we need to do a couple of email motions beforehand (budget which
has already started voting, and then one vote to graduate GeoServer).

So with that process in mind, I'm proposing 2013-04-11 as the next
meeting (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2013-04-11).
