[Board] Reminder of Board meeting next week

I think I must miss this meeting, I apologize deeply.  I just realized
it is 6 hours from now, which is 5am local time for me, and I must give
the opening keynote at FOSS4G Korea in the morning.  I was hoping I
could do both, but I am not superman ha.

Will give a report on FOSS4G-Tokyo, Osaka, and Korea shortly.
