[Board] Website for OSGeo Code Sprints

Excellent! A great way to promote our sprints.  I recently went through
all our sprint wiki pages and created new categories for C-sprints and
others so they are nicely linked all together
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Category:Code_Sprints), but that work isn't
wasted as now they can be easily found for this new structure proposed.
 Love it.
