[Board] FOSS4G debriefing with Steven

Bart, Anne, Steven,

Please include me in the debriefing phone call.  I think the
'evaluation' goes both ways: LOC's reflection on event and also what
they feel the Board could have assisted with/done better, plus a chance
for the LOC to hear constructive feedback from the Board.
