[Board] Fwd: Plans for OGC/OSGeo Board meetup

I would be interested in attending too, to help get a closer numerical
balance between the two teams :).
I am fine with paying my own way. I don't have strong views either way on
that topic either, but maybe lean slightly towards everyone paying their
own way.
