[Board] Contributor agreements -- many missing?

Last week I completed an audit of the contributor agreements we have, and
as I'd long suspected there are significant gaps.

I have both paper and individual PDFs for 75 documents. I have numbered
all the documents for tracking and have them recorded in a spreadsheet
(much easier to maintain and edit than a wiki table!).

The docs live on Dropbox, under /projects/Contribution_Agreements.

Tyler used to maintain a page
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Contributor_Agreements_Received) in which he
listed all the forms he had received. However, I do not have either paper
or electronic copies of many of his entries (including about 40 for
MapGuide, 5 for GeoTools, and 5 for FDO).

** Does anyone have any idea where these documents might be? **

(Also, a large number of the documents we've received were never signed by
OSGeo. These contributor agreements are unilateral agreements, so I'm not
sure our signature is necessary, but I raise the issue just in case.)
