[Board] Potential inactive members - action requested

Hi Board Members,
May I request to seek the opinion of the concerned inactive charter members as, 'the last call'.
In the list below, pl take good care not to include those who have voted for the Charter 2013.
It is a fact that in-spite of voting, OSGeo has set a good example accepting all those nominated for the charter 2013.
