[Board] OGC dinner in Calgary

Hi Board,

I've received an invite to attend the "OGC 20th Anniversary Celebration 
Dinner, September 17" in Calgary, at their next TC meeting I believe.  I 
am not attending, but I will ask our Charter Member Peter Baumann if he 
can represent OSGeo there, since I believe he will be at the TC meeting. 
  I feel it is important that we have an advocate there.
