Board,
I just saw Jeff's board meeting reminder and added the GLTN membership
request to the agenda. It would be really helpful if you could prepare
for this by reading through the mail and attached document I just sent
around. It is not a lot to read, really straight forward and fits in
nicely with several objectives of our Foundation. I will join the IRC
meeting in case there are questions.

There is no hurry at all to do this so please don't feel pressed into
anything but now that I have your collective attention and the agenda
is not so crowded we might as well go through it right away.
