[Board] MOTION: Authorize running Vienna code sprint sponsorships through OSGeo

Daniel,
Can we please get confirmation from the organisors the relevant code 
sprints that this proposal aligns with their preferences of how they 
wish to see the money transferred. (I suggest CC them on this motion, 
and invite them to identify their role and also vote in their response 
to the thread.)
