[Board] osgeo to cover code sprint costs at FOSS4G-Europe

Hi,

i would like to ask Board of directors of OSGeo.org, to cover
necessary costs for the Code Sprint, which should take place on July
18th, 2014, at FOSS4G-Europe, Bremen [1]

I do expect not much more then 12 participants.

My suggestion would be, that FOSS4G-Europe org. team covers the
refreshment costs and OSGeo.org will pay back after the event.

Is that acceptable?
