[Board] Charter Member retirement

Hi all,

Apparently, Lorenzo is the first CM to officially withdraw his status.
I've just removed him from the charter-members mailing list and
updated the page at our web site[1]. Do you know any other document to
update?

I have a CSV extracted from the mailing list that I used to inject the
names and addresses to the voting system. After the CM elections I'll
return it to the secretary updated but I wonder if I miss something
else.
