Hello Board,
I agree that the elections order should be inverted, from next year.
Someone who just becomes a Charter Member should not be able to be
nominated/elected as a Board Member just a few days later. It would be way
to fast IMHO.
This may lead to a situation where a newly elected director may not be
ready for the job or may not be fully aware of related responsibilities and
ethos.
If it is too fast and easy to become director, then this role may also be
depreciated in future, and i don't think anybody wants that.
