[Board] OGC

Dear frineds,
I just came back from the Italian-Swiss committee for the geoinformation
and discussed with Oliver Ertz about participating more actively in the OGC.
Do I remember correctly that OSGeo has some "chairs" to participate? Are
them alredy used or do we have one free?
