[Board] Welcome new members / Next meeting

Hello all,

Welcome to the new Board members Mike Smith, Vasile Craciunescu, and 
Massimiliano Cannata.  We have a room reserved for the morning of the 
code sprint at FOSS4G Portland (Saturday the 12th), and I'll like to use 
that to hold our Board meeting (we'll start at 8am, and go to around 
10am, so you can sprint if you want after).  Those attending the meeting 
remotely can do so through IRC as usual (in the #osgeo channel of 
freenode, using the client of your choice, or through your browser at 
http://webchat.freenode.net/).
