[Board] Next meeting

Hi Board,

We did not yet choose the date for the next Board meeting.  I am 
proposing 16 October for the meeting:

Any objections to that date?

We also need to decide on a good timeslot for the monthly meetings for 
this new board.  I'm proposing 13.00 UTC

as it is 9am for Mike and 3pm for CET-ers.

Objections to that time?  Or other suggestions?

You'll also notice that I've already added some agenda itms for the 
meeting, and will limit it to one hour (one of the topics will be 
selecting the 'board sprint' day).
