[Board] Motion on Open lidar letter

I do not enter in detail of your debate about media. I can just say that
the board is slow because there is discussion on the form of the letter you
prepared.

At this point I officially make the motion to vote on beard official
support of the letter on lidar standard as it is at
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/LIDAR_Format_Letter

 Hello Jeff and the OSGeo Board,

Our next step is to deliver the Open Letter, as suggested earlier in this
thread. (see below)

We are waiting on an answer from the earlier proposal for the OSGeo Board
to present this Open Letter. Is another 48 hours enough time to respond?

The alternative is that some one else from the OSGeo community delivers
this letter.
