[Board] Motion on Open lidar letter

With comment: -1 for the tone, +1 for the "idea" of the letter

Requesting and pointing at "one evil" does not bring solutions, only builds
walls. Therefore also not signing the letter as private person. If someone
else takes the power, I can only say: that this is not my way.
