Jeff,

Thank you for all your efforts to push the elections through. Please 
find bellow my proposal for the new timeline

- 2015-08-13: Poll Charter Members about voting process
2015-08-13 to 2015-08-17: Discuss the survey results
2015-08-18 to 2015-09-01: Nominate new Charter Members (2 weeks)
2015-09-02 to 2015-09-08: Vote for new Charter Members (1 week)
2015-09-09 to 2015-09-22: Nominate new Board Members (2 weeks)
2015-09-22 to 2015-09-29: Vote for new Board Members (1 week)

We can also try to shorten the timeline in order to have a new board in 
time for FOSS4G Seoul (not too feasible from my point of view).
