Not exactly, we are a 501c4
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/501(c)_organization#501.28c.29.284.29) and
not a 501c3 
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/501(c)_organization#501.28c.29.283.29)

The major difference lies in that we donations to a 501c4 are not tax
deductible (with some exceptions).

Also income spent on political activities are taxable.
