[Board] f2f preparations: meet&greet with Dutch OSGeo board

Hi Board,

It has never been my intention nor that of other Dutch local board 
members to join the Board's F2F meeting myself.
My efforts are just to help to the make the F2F a success, and -as a 
warm welcome to Holland- to have a beer the night before the F2F.
