I don't like a lot the idea of using a 3rd service but I understand
that has to be something easy for the accountant. If you are looking
for something similar to Dropbox, I've been using Copy[1] as everyday
file cloud for the last year and shared folders space is distributed
equally by the recipients (instead of taking all of the space for
everyone). Apart from the web interface, there is a CLI cilent for
servers and graphical applications for linux, windows, mac and mobile
apps, the work pretty much like dropbox. Finally they give 15GB to for
starters.
