[Board] February board meeting schedule

All board members express their availability [1] for the February board 
meeting proposed dates and time.

In terms of attendance the best date is 5th of February. The other dates 
are also not too bad. We should decide quickly if we go with that date 
or select another one (at the last meeting someone said that 5th is 
maybe to early).
