[Board] Request for funding OSGeo President's travel to FOSS4G Seoul

Dear OSGeo Board,

I’d like to request to fund OSGeo President’s travel to FOSS4G Seoul including hotel & air fares in amount of USD3,000. 

Annual FOSS4G conference is the largest gatherings of OSGeo members and OSGeo is the official hosting organisation of the FOSS4G Seoul conference. So, the presence of OSGeo president is very essential part of FOSS4G conference. 

Please discuss this in the next board meeting and get this arranged.
