[Board] Thoughts on Board face-to-face at FOSS4G-Europe

Actually since it's your home area Maxi, can you edit that page and pick 
a spot for the Board meeting?  (also valid is your own home patio ha!) 
I think it's important to list the meeting on that page though, as you 
can see that we will all be pulled into other BOFs/meetings fast, if not.
