Thanks Venka for clarification.
I also agree, that the most important thing is to involve students in OSGeo
(aka FOSS4G) and give them somethng that could be useful for their
curriculum.
Cash is important, but I see more important the participation (air tickets,
free registration, hotels, etc.) + certicate
;-)
