[Board] Thoughts on Board face-to-face at FOSS4G-Europe

Hi Board,

There's been some offlist mentions of meeting as a Board at FOSS4G-E in 
Como in July, which, I believe does make sense.  Of course any FOSS4G is 
super busy, so if we are interested in meeting as a board we should 
likely start planning.  Please share your thoughts on this.

For myself, I will be helping with a pre-conference event in Como, I'm 
guessing that it runs for the few days before the main event; but I'm 
thinking that directly after FOSS4G-E, 18th July (the code sprint day), 
could be the most possible day to meet for everyone.

What are your thoughts?

Once we decide on a day and length etc, I can draft an agenda on the wiki.
