[Board] Thoughts on Board face-to-face at FOSS4G-Europe

Hi Gérald, Jorge, Mike, Bart, all,
It may surprise some, but I've done some thinking on this and I realize
from my experience that FOSS4G plus long meetings don't mix (everyone is
too hectic, too exhausted, too everything that week). So in fact I was
going to propose a half day only, with even a hard end time. So a 4
hour meeting block only, with a very specific agenda outlined and worked
on before together, on the wiki.
Is that enough time for the OSGeo Board to handle all issues? Of course
not, as I believe we could fill a 5 day 'board sprint' block very
easily. But, 4 hours together will be a start. And we can always think
of a Part2 of the meeting in Seoul, or another date(s).
A half day would let some Board members attend the code sprint and
contribute as well.
There could be some challenges of start time (zones) if some members are
remote.
So, well, do others agree with this idea? Or, if you are -1 then please
suggest an alternative.
