[Board] new Sponsors page draft

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your email! Indeed we would like to continue being an OSGeo sponsor. I didn't realize when the last invoicing occurred. We also sponsor osgeo.nl, FOSS4g and other local events under the OSGeo umbrella. In my memory the last OSGeo invoice was still recent, but it obviously was not, LOL. 
I would be pleased if our sponsoring was again recognized ASAP on the OSGeo website :-)
