[Board] Face to Face meeting

Hi everyone,

Thanks for filling out the Doodle, the choice of dates is the last 
weekend in January, 30/31.

Jeroen, thank you for your very kind offer...accepted!  It just makes so 
much sense, thank you for offering your office space for the weekend. 
Done.  I've updated the wiki with the details you mentioned 
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Face_to_Face_Meeting_2015#Location:_GeoCat_office_in_Bennekom.2C_Amsterdam).

Board: please make flight arrangements, to arrive on Friday 29 January, 
so that we can start the meeting at 8am Saturday.  On Sunday we will 
finish at 5pm. It important that we have 2 full days for this.

(for my own travel, I will likely arrive Friday afternoon, and depart on 
Monday morning early)
