[Board] MOT: support UN Workshop participation

Further to valid concern of mixing OGC and OSGeo branding, there is 
potentially further confusion with "UN" being confused with "not".

UNopen can be read as "unopen" or "not open".

Maybe consider: OSGeo-UN or similar.
