[Board] Overview of all current FOSS4G conferences

Hi Peter,

I'm pretty sure I have a local copy of all FOSS4G 2009 videos. (The 
online versions seem to have been taken down). If you know someone who 
would like a copy of these for long term storage, please ask them to get 
in touch with me.
