[Board] updating about the foundation web page

Hi Venka,

Could you try logging in again and visiting a standard page to see whether
you now get an 'edit' option at the top of the page (e.g. try the
committees page [1])?

The following users should now have access :Endofcap, Jive, Anitagraser and
Venkat

Frank and Alex have both suggested that the other users need to log in
successfully a first time (using their OSGeo LDAP account) before the
username is registered in drupal [2].  Once registered we can update
permissions for editing. This should apply to: Helena, Vasile, Maxi71,
Msmitherdc and Dirkf
